PLACE Workshop, located in beautiful Cincinnati, Ohio, is a landscape architecture firm that specializes in designing outdoor environments. We launched in response to the need for a comprehensive, design-first approach to landscape architecture, design and urban planning.
We design spaces that reside outside built structures, balancing our focus between the physical and functional aspects of a place and the intangible, sensory experience these environments evoke. Each project balances considerations of spatial form, color, functionality, lighting, atmosphere and sustainability.

Ken O’Dea is a CLARB-certified landscape architect registered in both Ohio and Kentucky. An active member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, the American Planning Association and the Urban Land Institute, he also participates in the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.
